Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OfficeTogether platform (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity.
• You may not use a name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability. Space owners have the right to accept or decline any booking request at their sole discretion.

Payments are processed through our supported third-party payment gateways, Khalti and eSewa. By providing a payment method, you authorize OfficeTogether to charge the total booking amount, including applicable service fees and taxes.

Prices listed on the Platform are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice provided on the Platform.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to use workspaces in a professional manner and to respect the rules established by each individual space owner. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Engaging in any illegal activity on the premises.
• Causing damage to the workspace or property of others.
• Disturbing other users or neighbors with excessive noise.
• Using the workspace for any purpose other than professional work.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before your booked check-in time. You can cancel directly from the My Bookings page in your dashboard.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Refunds for eligible cancellations are issued to the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

OfficeTogether provides a platform for connecting users and space owners. We do not own, manage, or control the workspaces listed on our Platform. As such, OfficeTogether shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from your use of any workspace.

In no event shall OfficeTogether, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
